Will your e-liquid work with my electronic cigarette?

Although there are many different types of electronic cigarettes available on the market, Wet Your Stick's e-liquid may be used with every model out there. You will find that refilling your empty cartridges with e-liquid will save you a ton of money as well as allow for more variety.

What does 24mg, 18mg, 11mg and 0mg mean in the strength options?

The 24mg (high), 18mg (medium), 11mg (low) and 0mg (zero) strength options available in each flavor refer to the amount of nicotine the e-liquid contains. These milligram contents are concentrated per milliliter. In other words, the 24mg option means that the bottle of e-liquid contains 24mg of nicotine for every milliliter of liquid in the bottle. So with that said, a 5ml bottle of 24mg strength e-liquid would contain a total of 120mg of nicotine. 5ml x 24mg = 120mg total. 

What does PG and VG mean?

PG or VG is the base liquid ingredient in the e-liquid. PG stands for Propylene Glycol where VG stands for Vegetable Glycerin. PG tends to give more of a throat kick than VG. VG on the other hand tends to give off more vapor than PG. We offer both options to give you a variety of choices so you may find what you like best.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the USA. Laws are changing every day involving electronic cigarettes, which makes it hard to ship overseas, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping is always only $5.00 no matter what you order. However, all orders over $60.00 always ship for free.

How long will shipping take to get to my door?

We ship out of Tempe, Arizona with USPS Priority shipping. This service takes anywhere from 1-3 days, anywhere in the USA. We always guarantee that your order will ship the same business day that it is placed if placed before 2:00PM AZ time. If placed after 2:00PM, you are guaranteed that your order will ship the next business day.

Do your hardware replacement parts carry a warranty.

We warranty all batteries and atomizers against manufacturer defects for 20 days after purchase. If your hardware arrives defective, we will exchange your product only after it has been returned. The return shipment is free of charge to you.

What are the ingredients in your e-liquid?

All of our e-liquid, unless otherwise noted, is made with a Propylene Glycol base. Other ingredients include Water, Aromatic Food Grade Flavorings, Nicotine (unless otherwise noted), and Tobacco Extract Oils.

How should I store my e-liquid?

E-liquid should remain in a cool, dark place. Keep out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Your e-liquid has been supplied with a child resistant cap, please replace this cap whenever your e-liquid is not in use.

I am unsure of what model e-cigarette that I have. How do I know what replacement hardware to purchase?

If you are unsure of the model name of your e-cigarette, we are more than happy to help you figure this out. Simply contact us and our knowledge will be able to help you determine what replacement hardware you need. It usually helps to include a picture of the electronic cigarette that you are using.

The flavor I would like to choose does not contain the "High Strength" Option in the drop down box. Why is this?

All of our flavors in all sizes are offered in four different nicotine strengths. High (24mg), Medium (18mg), Low (11mg) and Zero (0mg). If the flavor that you would like to choose does not contain one of these strengths in it's drop down box, this means that we are currently out of stock in that strength. This is very rare, but does happen on occasion. If this does happen, try one of the different sizes that we offer. You will most likely find your desired strength there.
